Custom Ordering of Graphics
This is a custom made graphic which is non refundable, non returnable and must be trimmed during installation. These and all of our products are triple inspected before shipping to insure no defects. Check your order for damage during shipment within 3 days.
If you have ordered a graphic for your rear window please check with your state’s laws regarding installation of this or any vinyl graphic materials to a vehicle’s windows. Measure your vehicle and choose the proper size and color combination for your application. Please read the REFUND/EXCHANGE policy below before ordering.

By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by the agreement represented by these terms and conditions, you may not access the Web Site. EdgeWraps may modify the agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.
EdgeWraps designs and manufactures all products according to the information supplied by the customer. EdgeWraps is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer.
All products purchased are custom manufactured to order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at time of order placement.
EdgeWraps will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative. EdgeWraps quality control assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and notify EdgeWraps of any problems with 48 hours. Any orders that are refused by the customer or are returned will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Any orders cancelled more than 24hours after order placement will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
All products designed and manufactured by EdgeWraps are done so on an individual basis according to the information supplied by the customer. EdgeWraps is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. There are no exchanges available, including those due to customer selecting improper size or color. The colors listed on the color chart have been color matched to the actual vinyl color. Be sure of the color before you order. Any orders that are refused by the customer or are returned will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Any orders cancelled more than 24hours after order placement will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
EdgeWraps is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. EdgeWraps will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. EdgeWraps is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, EdgeWraps will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
We use PayPal for most of our sales. If you have purchased our product through PayPal then we will print the shipping label directly from PayPal. Doing this stops us from putting the wrong address on shipping products. However; if, the shipping address is incorrect through your PayPal account, the same applies above. EdgeWraps is not liable for the incorrect address and you will be liable for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you again.
